Glass Policy ::

Our listing price is for our frame only, glass is not included but for buyer convenience we are providing glass free with photo frame. Since glass is fragile so any damaged occur in transit buyer has to replace the glass on their own cost because glass in not insured as no shipping agency cover glass under insurance policy . They cover any other damage under insurance. Such situation arises very rarely as we pack our product with best quality and multilayer protection for safe delivery. We seriously apologies for this condition, though we doesn’t want but still we have to keep this.

Shipping Policy ::

• Our products are insured. We will provide you replacement of the same product, only if you receive it completely damaged or non-repairable product. If there is any minor damage or repairable than we will pay full repair amount.
• WE PROVIDE FREE DOOR DELIVERY BY AIR FREIGHT SERVICE.
• ALL PRODUCT WILL PACKED BY FIVE LAYERS OF PROTECTION
• DUTIES AND TAXES MAY CHARGE ADDITIONALLY BECAUSE IT VARIES FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY SO WE DON’T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER IT

If Item Received Damaged::

Don’t worry, if you receive the item damaged. Please take clear images / video of inner and outer side of the product with courier company tags with box images which clearly show the damages and send to us. Kindly mention your contact no and address too, our concern team will investigate the same and provide you required resolution for the same.

Return & exchange::

We will accept the return within 7-10 day of receiving the goods, if the products you had received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid by buyers.

Additional shipping Policy::

If Consignee is Not Responding to Shipping Agency for The Shipment Update or Receiving the Shipment Due to Custom Duties or any other reason The Shipment Will Be Destroyed by the Shipping Company After 5 Days of Arrival at Destination and we are not responsible for all these. No claim will be accepted filed by The Customer.
