• Our Mother of Pearl collection is crafted in India by highly skilled craftsmen using traditional techniques that have been passed down over generations.
• This product is made by hand from natural materials with each piece being individually placed and then set in resin so the colour, finish and pattern will vary and natural variations and imperfections can be expected to add to the charm of this unique piece.
• Wipe up with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaning products as they may damage the finish surface. This piece is intended for indoor use.
• Clean with a soft dry cloth.
MIRROR POLICY ::
Our listing price is for our mirror frame only, mirror is not included but for buyer convenience we are providing mirror free with mirror frame. Since mirror is fragile so any damaged occur in transit buyer has to replace the mirror on their own cost because mirror in not insured as no shipping agency cover mirror under insurance policy . They cover any other damage under insurance. Such situation arises very rarely as we pack our product with best quality and multilayer protection for safe delivery. We seriously apologies for this condition, though we doesn’t want but still we have to keep this.

• Our products are insured. We will provide you replacement of the same product, only if you receive it completely damaged or non-repairable product. If there is any minor damage or repairable than we will pay full repair amount.

If Item Received Damaged::
Don’t worry, if you receive the item damaged. RETURN & EXCHANGE ::
We will accept the return within 7-10 day of receiving the goods, if the products you had received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid by buyers.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICY ::
If Consignee is Not Responding to Shipping Agency for The Shipment Update or Receiving the Shipment Due to Custom Duties or any other reason The Shipment Will Be Destroyed by the Shipping Company After 5 Days of Arrival at Destination and we are not responsible for all these.
